Data &
privacy.

This page explains how the invitation website works. The mobile app’s data policy will be published separately before launch.

What the website shows

Public meetups may show a title, description, time, location, and photo. Private invitations show only a generic RallyMap page. Open the app and obtain access to see the details.

Links are invitations

A private link carries an invitation that its recipient can use. Share it only with people you want to invite. The organizer can limit or revoke it. Opening the website does not confirm attendance.

Technical data

This website has no advertising pixels or third-party fonts and creates no analytics cookies. Cloudflare receives connection information, including your IP address, to deliver pages. Public meetup data is requested from Supabase. Viewing a private invitation page does not look up its token in the database.

Messenger previews

Messengers may cache previews of public meetups. Editing or deleting a meetup does not guarantee immediate removal of an existing preview. Private meetup details are never included in these previews.
